Exhibitors Update

Attention Region 9 Exhibitors:

There have been updated schedules placed on the Website for your use.

Please make sure the schedule you use has the date of 05.15.26 in the bottom right corner.

Trail Practice – the Course will be available Monday about 12:00 PM in the Watt Arena.

Delegates Meeting – Monday at 6:00 PM in the Brown Lupton South Room near the Show Office.

If you are unable to attend a Zoom link will be made available and emailed to Delegates. The Meeting is open to any who wish to attend.

All Patterns were posted to the website on May 13th, please see the Patterns Tab under Championship Horse Show.

Exhibitor Party & Box Lunch

We will have a Box Lunch available Thursday and Saturday at 11:30 am in the Hallway by the Show Office

Exhibitors BBQ Dinner will be Friday From 5-7 PM in the Brown Lupton North room near the Show Office, We will also have an AHA Lifetime Achievement Award presentation for Dr. Mickey Aboussie.

72.1 – HA/AA Country Pleasure Ladies & Gents

291.1 – Western Dressage Suitability – W/J 11 & Over

292.1 – Western Dressage Suitability – W/j 10 & Under

319 – Western Dressage Eq (On the Rail) W/J 11 & Over

There have been several classes Moved in the Schedule – they are Noted in Green Ink on the website schedules.

Please note the changes and how they affect you. If you wish to enter one of these added or changed classes you may do so, please send an email to the Show Secretary – Patty.

Since it is after the Close of entries that we are adding these classes you may add them to your entry with NO Added Class Fee

Schedule Conflicts

Please make sure if you even think you have a conflict please come to the Show Office and complete a conflict form.

We Can NOT help you if we do NOT know, Forms must be completed at least 24 hrs in advance.

Concessions & Food on the Grounds:

The Restaurant inside the front corner of the Moncrief barn will be open for business – It is a Taco Heads Franchise, they have a full line of Foods for Lunch & Dinner items. We are also working on having some Food Trucks Available this year that will setup along the roads near John Justin and Moncrief Barns, the donut truck was a big hit last year, I have asked about maybe an Ice cream or Smoothies truck in the Afternoons..

We have asked for Taco Heads to be open Tuesday – Saturday 11 am – 7 pm each day except Friday they will close at 5pm – this is our Exhibitors Bar B Que Dinner from 5-7 pm.

We have asked for Caribou Coffee in the John Justin Building to be open from 7 am – 2 pm Tuesday - Saturday, they will have many Grab N Go options such as sandwiches, salads, wraps, breakfast tacos in the morning, fresh made muffins.

We have asked for the regular concession to also be open in the John Justin Bldg from 11am to 5 pm.

We have asked that the regular concession in the Watt Arena will be open 7:00 am – 5 pm

We have asked that the regular concession( west side of Coliseum in Lobby Area) in the Will Rogers Coliseum will be open 8:00 am – 7 pm Wednesday – Saturday.

Parking & Parking Passes

Just an additional reminder – all Owners receive a free parking pass from the show office

They will be good from Tuesday May 26 – Saturday May 30. When you arrive at the show grounds, prior to the start of the show, you will need to purchase your own pass at $6/day.

Parking locations will be limited this year with the ongoing construction, There is a Map posted to the Website showing where you can park.

Due to the Graduations that happen every year, I have been approved for all Horse Trailers to Stay on the Property. All trailers will be parked behind the Cattle Barns at the front of the property.

Showers – There are 2 unisex showers located on the East Side of the Coliseum in the Green Room (Room# 401). If you are staying on property and need to use the showers please check with Beth Walker, we are probably going to have to set reserved hours for the use.
